- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Really an excellent bank. Stable even through the last recession when they actually grew when other banks failed. Really solid and fast customer service at this beautiful art-deco location. Only problem I have had is their inability to stop their fraud-prevention software from rejecting a recurring international membership fee. Would have been five stars if not for that ongoing problem for the last five months.By Kent Cordray, August 19, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If you have any trouble with their mobile app, you're hard pressed to get it resolved. Instead of fixing the app, their solution to me was "just come to the bank whenever you need to complete a transaction". Inconvenient Banking!
