    I am a travel nurse, and have dealt with several state boards. Missouri is definitely the most pleasant - so far! At least they answer the phones... They are short and to the point. I appreciate that, as I want to get my business done also. I have not encountered any snarky comments, as others said they have. I have only received the help I have asked for, and occasionally, the employee has gone above and beyond what I asked of them. No complaints!!

    Spoke with the employees at the Missouri Nursing Board today to get a new ATT after having an invalid ID fiasco at first attempt on the NCLEX. These ladies are professional, competent, and caring. What a positive reflection on the entire profession of nursing. KUDOS! and thanks.

    I have been working on getting my Missouri RN and APN license for a travel job that required very fast turn around. The staff at the board were extremely courteous and helpful! They were quick to respond to my inquiries and the information they provided was direct and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a smoother, better experience! Well done!
