    Ridiculous!! Moved her from OK, had fully covered plan for kids, daughter was at end of orthodontic treatment and we cannot get any approval to finish her care and her braces are in bad shape now and causing issues, you cannot talk to anyone that knows anything even when you finally get through and I pay $125 premium and still after dr gets pre-approval for services, we still end up getting billed because the "request was not detailed enough to see the need for services" If my husband's work provided insurance for kids, we would be there but this is what we get? A state that clearly wants to talk circles instead of provide affordable health care for kids!
